This club is here to assist you with you Accuquilt Go Cutting system. Cut precise accurate shapes produced 90% faster than rotary cutters. Learn what this cutting system is all about while using your Accuquilt Cutter in a classroom environment. If you don't have an Accuquilt Go Cutting System yet and would like to see what it's all about this is a great opportunity to try one. However, when you will fall in love with this new tool, you'll want to buy your own! Join us as we guide you through the learning process.

Beginner Quilting
Discover a new talent. In this class you will learn quilting basics from how to choose your fabrics, cutting and reading patterns to making a complete quilt top using a strip piecing method. We will be making a lap size log cabin quilt from the Eleanor Burns “Quilt in a Day” book. Once you make this quilt, you will be hooked. Susan will show you how to get those quilt tops put together so you can actually use your quilts instead of having them sit in a drawer. Bring your completed quilt top to class and learn to layer, baste, machine quilt, and put on a binding finish.

NEW! EmbroidaBlock Of the Month “Earth To Quilters Collection”
It doesn’t always have to be a quilt! Coming this March is the new addtion to hoopsisters, Whole Cloth Quilt. The quilt includes two fabric colours and can be done using 5” or 8” hoop, you can also make adorable small projects! Projects can be made in 4”, 5” and 8” block sizes and include small projects to be demonstrated. This program starts March 2012. Please call the store for more details.
Foot Of The Month
In this class you will create a block each month using different feet and different techniques. You will create 12 blocks in total that will be sewn together to make a quilt about 49" x 40". If you are a person with lots of feet, but never used them this is the class for you. You can jump into this club at any time. Join us once a month to create this exciting new quilt project that makes use of many of those feet in your collection, and more. Each month we will introduce a specialty pressure foot and how to use it. No more samples to add your stash, but a beautiful finished quilt to showcase a variety of the Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff machine feet. If you are newly registering, please inquire about which feet will be showcased for the day you will be joining us. If you don't already have it, we will pre-order the foot for you.

Hot Ribbon Class
This class is different. No sewing machine necessary for the main part of this class. We will create the appliqué using hot ribbon. The appliqué will be drawn out and cut to create this beautiful flower. Then use hot ribbon to enhance the details and place it onto the back ground fabric. If you are looking for something different this is the class for you. Use it for a table topper or in a quilt.

Jewel Box Quilt
This quilt is easy to make. It can be made in wonderful "Jewel Tones" or can also look beautiful in Fall or Christmas colours. You just need some imagination. Let's use some nice Spring colours and try to encourage Spring to come.

UFO Quilting with Susan
Too many quilt projects waiting to get done? Stuck on a technique that you just can't figure out? Need some tips and tricks on how to cut accurately and straight? Whatever you need, if it is going to be a quilt for a wall-hanging, bed spread, or lap Susan can help.
This class is for any skill level looking to focus on their questions and get those projects done! Use our classroom (and one our machines if you need one) and enjoy the company, secure in the knowledge that if the phone rings, it won't be for you. Just think of it as a mini retreat.
